Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Directorate of Central Procurement, Kamra is inviting sealed tenders for the procurement of special cutting tools on a line items basis with a total of 30 items. The tender reference is PACB/751-A/260826035/1293/P-2 and the scope involves supply of specialised cutting tools required for manufacturing and production operations at PAC's Kamra facility in Punjab. This is a procurement through formal competitive tender process with past performance of bidding firms to be considered as an evaluation criterion.
Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Aeronautical Complex and possess valid NTN (National Tax Number), ATL (Active Taxpayer List status) and STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number) certifications. Bidders are required to submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100 duly signed by an authorised signatory. Documentary evidence of company registration with PAC is mandatory; if not previously registered, firms must provide copies of latest correspondence with the PAC registration section. Only firms to whom tender documents have been officially issued by the directorate are permitted to participate; quotations from unauthorised firms will be rejected and strict disciplinary action will be initiated.
Tender documents can be obtained in hard copy or via email (adcppre2@pac.org.pk) from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra, telephone 051-9099-2534, upon submission of a formal request on company letterhead, copies of NTN, ATL and STRN, and the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. Sealed bids must be submitted before 1030 hours on 15 October 2026. All documents must be submitted in hard copy duly signed by an authorised signatory, with soft copies sent to the email address for initial processing followed by hard copies via registered mail or in person.
