Ordnance Depot Quetta invites quotations for the local purchase of security equipment and miscellaneous items for the first half of fiscal year 2026–27, covering the period 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. The detailed list of items required to be purchased will be uploaded on the PPRA website from 28 September 2026 to 20 October 2025. This procurement is issued under reference SC/02Adm/CLS/MSS-JCPHX1A dated 19 September 2024 and GHQ OS Dte letter 4202/466/CST/OS-2-1MPX7TA dated 6 November 2024. The tender is being floated for procurement of security and miscellaneous equipment to support operational requirements in Balochistan.
All firms and manufacturers already registered with Ordnance Depot Quetta, other Ordnance Depots, Ordnance Units, DGP (Army), DGDP, or willing to register with Ordnance Depot Quetta are eligible to participate. Quotations must be accompanied by a cross cheque for Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) and CDR or bank draft for Rs. 75,000 (refundable) drawn in favour of Commandant Ordnance Depot Quetta. Firms whose quotations fall under the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lowest rates will be required to provide one advance sample (non-returnable) for testing and inspection before issuance of purchase orders for bulk supply.

Quotations will be accepted only until 20 October 2026 at 09:00 hours and dropped in the tender box at Ordnance Depot Quetta. Tender opening will take place on 20 October 2026 at 09:30 hours at Ordnance Depot Quetta. Quoted rates must be non-negotiable and inclusive of all applicable taxes and 0.35 per cent stamp duty under the Balochistan Act 1899, valid until 31 December 2026.
