Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites e-bids through the ePADS v2.0 platform from eligible bidders registered on ePADS v2.0 for the provision of security services at all PTA buildings in Islamabad. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement conducted through open competitive bidding under the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee as described in the bid document's security section. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of ePADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epad.gov.pk/. The registration process is explained in detail in a tutorial available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xt0RnScJQ. All bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, and manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
Bidders may lodge grievances regarding the procurement through the Grievance Redressal facility available in ePADS 2.0 within the timeline specified under applicable PPRA rules.
