Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of the Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of training material for three technology disciplines at Mahmud Khan Government College of Technology (Boys), located in Narowal. Three separate packages are being tendered: Civil Technology (estimated amount PKR 845,289), Electrical Technology (estimated amount PKR 770,360), and Mechanical Technology (estimated amount PKR 685,259). All bids will be processed under the single stage one envelope procedure as per prevailing PPRA rules, with bids to be opened on October 12, 2026 at staggered times (12:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM respectively). The successful bidder will be required to complete supply and full installation within 15 days of receiving the procurement order.
Bidders must be registered with the Government of Pakistan for income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST), with attested copies of active tax status to be uploaded at the time of bid submission. A refundable bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is required for each package (Civil: PKR 42,264; Electrical: PKR 38,518; Mechanical: PKR 34,263), with the original instrument reaching the Principal prior to bid opening. Upon award of contract, the successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the total contract amount within seven days, in accordance with PPRA-2014 Section 56 Chapter 08. All government taxes, transportation charges, and installation costs must be borne by the bidder and included in the quoted rates.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal no later than October 12, 2026 at 1100 hours. The performance guarantee will be refunded after the defect liability period of one year following successful completion and full installation.
