Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Layyah invites electronic tenders for ten building schemes including rehabilitation of sewerage and water supply systems at Judicial Complex Layyah (Rs. 4.34 crore), construction of 12 classrooms and 4 washrooms at Government Graduate College Karor (Rs. 2.55 crore), and routine maintenance and repair works at District Jail, PWD Colony, Wahdat Colony, Judicial Complex, Judicial Colony, Deputy Director (Colleges) office, and DC Camp Office in Layyah district, Punjab. The total estimated cost across all schemes exceeds Rs. 7 crore with earnest money requirements ranging from Rs. 37,522 to Rs. 21,71,716. All work must be completed within 6 to 12 months as specified for each scheme.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with valid license for financial year 2026-27, and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement website. Bid security of 5 percent of contract amount must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement system; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days of offer letter. All bids must include itemised rates against each line item with total amounts and grand totals; incomplete bids without itemised rates will not be considered for evaluation.
Bidders must quote rates online on item rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk up to 14 October 2026 before 12:00 PM. Rates will be downloaded and announced on the same date at 12:30 PM at the Office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division.
