Hiring of Private Security Guard Services

The University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Taxila in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from reputable security firms for the provision of private security guard services across its campus. This comprehensive security project involves the deployment of forty highly trained security guards, including ex-service men from the armed forces or infantry, to provide round-the-clock surveillance for academic blocks, residential areas, and student hostels. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including semi-automatic weapons and ammunition, to ensure a secure environment. The contract is valued at an estimated annual price of over twenty-six million Rupees and is initially set for a period of twelve months with the potential for extension up to three years based on performance. Prospective bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, hold a valid NOC from the Ministry of Interior, and be active members of the All Pakistan Security Agencies Association. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026 accompanied by the required bid security.
