Hiring of Security Guards Services at General Bus Stand Pirwadhai, Rawalpindi

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites competitive bids from reputed security companies for the provision of security guard services at the General Bus Stand, Pirwadhai, in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The contract is for a period of one year with potential extension on satisfactory performance and authority approval. Bidding will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement portal in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The procurement adopts a single stage, two-envelope tendering process requiring submission of both technical and financial proposals. Bid security of five percent of the bid value is required in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order in favour of Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi, submitted in PDF format with the electronic bid and in original hardcopy to the office address.
