Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employee's Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids for the provision of building repair and maintenance services at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi. The procurement is conducted under National Competitive Bidding using Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004, with least cost selection methodology. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders through the PPRA ePADS system (www.epads.gov.pk). The tender enquiry reference is PRIMACO/P&C/Repair & Maintenance Karachi/10/01/2026, with procurement planned during financial year 2025-26 in the Federal province.
Bidders must be registered on the PPRA ePADS system to participate. The bid security required is Rs. 200,000/- (refundable) in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee as per prescribed format, payable to PRIMACO Islamabad (NTN: 2795350-5). The tender fee is Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable). Documentary evidence of bidder qualifications to perform the contract and meet the qualification criteria specified in the Bid Data Sheet Clause 13.3(b) must be submitted. Late delivered bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents may be downloaded from PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), PRIMACO website (http://www.primaco.com.pk/tender.php), or PPRA ePADS system (www.epads.gov.pk). E-bids must be submitted through the PPRA ePADS system by 12th October 2026 at 1400 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1430 hours. Scanned copies of bid security and tender fee must be attached to the bid uploaded on ePADS.
