Description / Scope of Work
The Digital Communication Department (DCD), Islamabad Capital Territory, is inviting prequalification applications from national suppliers for a closed framework agreement relating to the procurement of stationery, computer stationery, and computer hardware. This is a framework-based procurement mechanism with reference number FFW9985, funded from Non-ADP resources. The framework agreement will enable on-demand supply of office and IT equipment through subsequent call-off contracts over a 12-month period. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in the subsequent invitation to bid process.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the prequalification documents. Applicants must demonstrate relevant past experience, current contract status, and average annual turnover as outlined in the procurement forms. Standard procurement requirements including financial stability and technical capability will apply.
Prequalification documents are available through EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework. Invitations to bid are expected to be issued on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with the framework agreement signature scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026.
