Description / Scope of Work
The Corps Headquarters Logistics 5 of the Pakistan Army, based in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the supply of stationery items for the financial year 2026/2027. This is a restricted tender limited to pre-qualified vendors with prior experience supplying the military. The tender reference is CSC/4/A dated September 2026. The scope covers various stationery supplies as detailed in Annex A of the tender inquiry, with delivery required within two weeks of order placement. The procurement will follow fixed-price quotation basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise specified.
Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and FBR registration certificates. The tender requires submission of bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost at Rs. 628,070. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 7,000 must accompany the quotation at the time of tender collection. Eligible suppliers must provide proof of at least three years of working experience with government departments, with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 12.5614 million. Quotations lacking complete tax documentation or deviating from specifications will be rejected, and firms providing non-compliant samples face potential one-year tender stoppages under PPRA 2002 rules.
Tenders must be submitted by hand in double envelopes to the Corps Stationery Cell C/O Headquarters Logistics 5, Karachi by 1000 hours on 27 October 2026. The tender will be opened at 1030 hours the same day. Examination of samples and specifications is permitted before submission. Approved samples may be inspected at the office on presentation of this invitation. The offer remains valid until 30 June 2027, and stores will be accepted on firm warranty for one year shelf life with free replacement of defective items during the warranty period. In case of supply failure within 45 days of order issuance, risk purchasing at current market rates will be executed with the vendor bearing the cost difference.
