Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites competitive bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services covering janitorial and cleaning services with scope including spraying fumigation, termite proofing and rodent control at Parliament Lodges in Islamabad. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments under this contract. The service delivery location is Islamabad, Federal Territory. The procurement follows a single-stage one envelope open competitive bidding procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority.
Eligible bidders registered on ePADS v2.0 are invited to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of pay order or call at deposit as described in the bid security section of the bidding documents. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026, 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained.
