Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Gujranwala Zone invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of capital items for HRDD (Human Resource and Development Department) in Gujranwala, Punjab. The procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should meet the criteria outlined in the procurement documents and provide evidence of registration with relevant authorities as required for goods procurement under Pakistani procurement law.
