Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods related to the laying of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) comprising 24 fiber and 12 fiber strands from NTC's existing OFC network to the NADRA Mega Centre located on Murree Road in Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi. The project is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this infrastructure development. This is a goods procurement under a single stage, one envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must submit sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and are required to be registered on the platform to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a call at deposit or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures with detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications available on the EPADS portal.

Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
