Garrison Engineer (A) Services Mangla Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification and tender issuance for multiple Military Engineer Services works across Mangla Cantt, Punjab. The scope encompasses approximately 18 distinct work packages including miscellaneous repair and maintenance of roads, drainage, sewerage, external electrical and water supply systems; terms contracts for repair and maintenance of existing services in Zones I through IV; artificer works for external electrical and water supply at HQ 1 Corps AOR and HQ 19 Division; transformer maintenance and relocation; and specialized installations at FG Inter Collage and FG Public School. The estimated costs for most packages are shown on the tender documents, with some packages rated at par cost. Location: Mangla Cantt, Punjab. Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors enrolled with Military Engineer Services in categories A, B, C, D, or E and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders must submit complete credentials along with their applications for scrutiny. Only firms demonstrating sufficient experience in relevant fields and meeting specified special conditions will receive tender documents. Tender opening is scheduled for 1200 hours on 15 October 2026 at the accepting officer's office.
Applications must be submitted to the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 15 October 2026.
