Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Peshawar invites electronic bids for three works packages under single-stage single-envelope procurement procedure based on percentage rates of Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016. The works include special repair to Bungalow No. 48-B in Rest House Colony at Peshawar Cantt (approximate cost Rs. 498,623 with 03-month completion period), supply and procurement of building materials to the Inspector of Works for maintenance of residential buildings in the IOW/PSC section (Rs. 999,326, 01-month completion), and supply and procurement of paint material to the Assistant Engineer Bridges for painting of major and minor bridges, platform shelters, foot over bridges, turntables and sheds across Peshawar Division (Rs. 999,653, 01-month completion). All works are located in Peshawar Division, KPK province.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with current renewal of registration for financial year 2026-27, registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Name of firm or agency on the Bid Security document (CDR or Pay Order) is mandatory. Earnest money requirements are Rs. 25,000 for the bungalow repair work and Rs. 50,000 each for the building material and paint supply contracts. All bids must include a scanned copy of bid security with the price bid submission.
Tender documents are available from https://vendors.epads.gov.pk and bids must be submitted through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 15 October 2026. Original bid security and supporting documents must be submitted to the Works Accounts Branch office of the Divisional Superintendent by 11:30 hours on the same date. Price bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on 15 October 2026 in the chamber of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar.
