Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), a major national energy enterprise, has issued a master set of tender documentation and standardised terms and conditions applicable to all upcoming procurement tenders using single stage one envelope bidding procedure for the supply of materials on F.O.R. (Free on Rail) basis. This comprehensive tender framework document, spanning 24 pages, establishes uniform procedures, eligibility criteria, bid security requirements, delivery schedules, performance standards and dispute resolution mechanisms to streamline OGDCL's local procurement operations across Federal territory and all provinces where the company operates.
