NADRA is liquidating redundant IT equipment (computers, peripherals) from Peshawar operations via e-auction.
This is a one-off disposal activity of faulty/non-serviceable assets on as-is basis—typical for government IT refresh cycles. Scale appears small to medium depending on lot composition. Key advantage: no physical logistics burden (pickup from NADRA stores); risk lies in equipment condition variability and competitive bidding environment. Suitable for IT scrap dealers, refurbishers, or equipment recyclers with FBR registration.
Who can bid: Individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, and companies eligible. Mandatory: active FBR registration (income tax and sales tax), current taxpayer status, and 25% deposit submission. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil/electrical/mechanical works. Non-registered entities typically cannot participate in government e-auctions.
