The Punjab Building Department (North Zone), Executive Building Division No.1 Rawalpindi invites tender bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for construction and building works on an items-rate basis under the newly introduced e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
