Three separate lot-wise tenders for recurring annual supply contracts: Lot-1 is a water bottling operation requiring significant compliance credentials (PNAC, PCRWR, HACCP, PSQCA/PCSIR reports); Lot-2…
is office furniture supply; Lot-3 is IT equipment supply. Each lot is independently awardable. Lot-1 demands the highest qualification bar, including mandatory certifications and minimum 70-point technical score; bidders lacking any mandatory credential face automatic rejection regardless of pricing. Contract values suggest medium-scale operations. Lot-wise restriction means a bidder competing across multiple business lines cannot bid for more than one lot.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with FBR (GST and Income Tax) and listed as active taxpayers. For Lot-1 specifically, ISO 9001, PNAC accreditation, PCRWR water quality certification, food authority approval, PSQCA/PCSIR reports, HACCP and organic certificates are mandatory. No PEC category applies. Typically, water supply and office services businesses require registration with relevant food and health authorities in Pakistan.
