Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Narcotics Control Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of uniforms and protective clothing items for the year 2025-26. This procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees from the office of the Director General Narcotics Control located near the Civil Hospital in Karachi or download them from the official SPPRA and Excise department websites. All participating firms must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and maintain an active status on the taxpayer list. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline of 12 May 2026, where they will be opened at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items as per administrative requirements and rules.
