The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the repair and maintenance of its vehicle fleet, specifically focusing on the complete overhauling of engines. This procurement includes specialized engine work for two 2007 Hyundai Shehzore units, one 2009 Toyota Hiace, and a 2010 Suzuki Carry Van, with a total estimated cost of approximately 1.99 million Rupees. Reputed and experienced workshops registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority are eligible to apply. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in vehicle repair services. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure conducted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required to be uploaded and physically submitted. Successful contractors must provide a six-month warranty on all replaced genuine parts and workmanship. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 12 May 2026.
