This is a pre-qualification tender for multi-service automotive workshops seeking to join the PMO's approved vendor panel for ongoing repair and maintenance work. The contract is initially for the financial year 2026-27 with extension potential, suggesting recurring rather than one-off engagement. Qualifying workshops must meet stringent eligibility criteria including five years' proven experience, complete in-house facilities, GST/NTN registration and ATL status. Physical inspection of all selected workshops will occur before final pre-qualification, indicating the PMO expects high standards. The Rs. 50,000 bid security and warranty obligations for parts and repairs suggest serious long-term commitment expected from panelled vendors.
Who can bid: Only Islamabad-based registered firms/workshops with Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status and valid GST/NTN are eligible.
