Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I in Swat, KPK invites electronic bids for the construction of multiple drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across various locations including Balogram, Aman kot, Faiz Abad, and Landakai. These projects are part of broader development initiatives such as the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives and RDI for Achieving SDGs. Eligible bidders must be government-registered firms pre-qualified for pumping machinery with the specialization code CE-09. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the EPADS system. Interested contractors are required to submit bid security, a bid entry fee of 0.03 percent of the estimated cost, and relevant documentation including PEC registration and active tax payer certificates. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal, with physical copies of the bid security delivered to the Executive Engineer's office. The deadline for the submission of all technical and financial bids is 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026
