Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of advanced Digital Door Lock Systems (RFID) across various federal lodges and hostels. This comprehensive procurement project involves a massive upgrade of electrical and mechanical facilities at designated locations including Chamba House in Lahore, Federal Lodges in Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The scope of work includes the provision of high-grade stainless steel RFID electronic locks, energy-saving switches, card encoders, and high-performance IT equipment like Core i7 14th generation computers and 24-inch LED monitors to manage the entry systems. Additionally, the project encompasses necessary networking infrastructure such as Cat-6 cabling and fiber optic installations, alongside civil works for door frame modification and pipe laying. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 or above and possess valid electrical licenses. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The final deadline for the submission of all bid documents is 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with the opening scheduled shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM.
