The Department of Agriculture in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of one Olive Oil Extraction Unit under the development project titled Promotion of Olive Cultivation in AJ&K for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. The scope includes the physical installation of the machinery and providing one year of operational guidance and training to departmental officers. Eligible bidders must be sole manufacturers, distributors, or authorized representatives registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, specifically possessing an importer's license. Bidding documents containing full specifications can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 500 Rupees until 13 May 2026. Interested firms must submit their quotations along with a call deposit of 400,000 Rupees to the Project Director by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026. Technical proposals will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Agricultural Complex, Shaukat Lines, Gojra, Muzaffarabad.
