Description / Scope of Work
The Superintending Engineer (Judicial Works), Works & Services Department in Moro, Sindh invites sealed proposals from reputable consultancy firms for the construction of four court buildings. This comprehensive project requires the selected firm to provide detailed architectural and structural designs, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, and furniture planning. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for the review and update of existing engineering estimates and PC-I documents, followed by full construction supervision to ensure quality and compliance. To be eligible, firms must have at least twenty years of experience in the architectural and engineering sector and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council or PCATP with renewal up to June 2026. Applicants must demonstrate a strong financial standing with an average annual turnover of at least 50 million Rupees over the last three years. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All completed bid documents and a two percent call deposit must be submitted to the Karachi office by 11:00 AM on 08 May 2026
