The District and Sessions Judge in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the annual framework contract regarding various miscellaneous goods and services for the financial year 2025-2026. This comprehensive procurement process is organized into six distinct lots covering a wide range of operational requirements including office stationery, printing and publications, computer stationery, general store items, and the repair of transport and machinery. The total estimated value of these requirements is approximately 90 million Rupees, with individual lot values ranging from 2 million to 23 million Rupees. Interested bidders are required to submit a 5 percent bid security for each lot they participate in. Participation is strictly mandatory through the e-PADS portal under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Evaluation will be based on a technical scoring system where a minimum of 75 marks is required for qualification. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted.
