The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a modern Model Fish Market located at Kanha-Kacha Road. This significant infrastructure project spans over 12.90 acres and involves the development of international-standard facilities including a large wholesale and auction hall, specialized sorting and grading buildings, cold storage facilities, and an ice factory. The scope also encompasses essential supporting infrastructure such as administrative offices, a food court, parking for 500 vehicles, and a mosque. To be eligible, applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-B or higher and demonstrate established steel frame fabrication capabilities within Pakistan. Firms must achieve a minimum qualifying score of 70 percent based on financial soundness, technical experience, and personnel capabilities. Interested parties are required to submit their applications electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 03:00 PM on 20 May 2026.
