The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the significant establishment of a Model Fish Market at Lahore under Package-A. This large-scale construction project is situated on a 12.90-acre site at Kanha-Kacha Road and carries an estimated cost of approximately 3,899 million Rupees. The scope of work encompasses the construction of wholesale and retail buildings, auction halls, aqua business shops, and specialized facilities including an ice factory, flake ice plant, and cold storage with blast freezers. Infrastructure requirements include extensive parking for 500 vehicles, digital price displays, a mosque, and a food court. Eligible firms must possess a valid PEC registration in Category C-A and meet stringent financial and technical benchmarks. The evaluation criteria focus on financial soundness, experience with similar multi-story building projects, and the availability of specialized equipment such as batching plants and tower cranes.
