Description / Scope of Work
The Commandant CMT & SD Golra invites sealed bids for the auction of used and unserviceable or obsolete stores, scrap materials, vehicle spares, packing materials including jerricans and barrels, and vehicles at CMT & SD Golra premises in Punjab on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction will be conducted by M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co from 20 to 22 October 2026 between 0930 and 1500 hours daily at the CMT & SD Golra depot. Bidders will be permitted to view and assess auctionable vehicles and stores from 0830 to 0930 hours on 20 October 2026 at the main depot, while packing materials can be inspected at POL Depot Sihala from 14 to 16 October 2026 between 1000 and 1300 hours. The scope encompasses a wide range of military surplus and unserviceable equipment suitable for scrap dealers, vehicle processors, and industrial buyers seeking bulk materials and vehicles for dismantling or resale.
Eligible bidders must possess an original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with photocopy for entry to the depot; failure to produce valid identification will result in denial of access. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the total sale amount on the auction day itself, with the remaining 75 percent plus applicable general sales tax, income tax, and other government levies to be deposited with the auctioneer within the prescribed timeframe for remittance to the Government Treasury. All taxes must be deposited to Government tax number FTN-9010700-4. The Competent Authority retains absolute discretion to reject or cancel any or all bids without providing reasons.
Successful bidders must provide five sets of company letterhead, delivery orders, tax challans, and CNIC copies, and are solely responsible for removing purchased lots from CMT & SD Golra and POL Depot Sihala within fifteen working days including auction days at their own cost, with penalties imposed for delays. Bidders are required to de-militarize or cut into pieces particular vehicles and security-type obsolete stores as announced during the auction, under supervision of a detailed board, at their own expense at the depot premises. No other bidder representative may remove auctioned lots. Additional terms will be announced before the auction commences. For further details, interested parties should contact telephone numbers 0302-8315786 or 0334-5663786.

Military surplus auction spanning used vehicles, scrap metal, vehicle spares, and packing materials from CMT & SD Golra depot.
Three-day event (20–22 Oct 2026) conducted by professional auctioneer. Scale appears medium to large given military inventory scope. Notable: mandatory de-militarization/cutting of specific lots at bidder expense under board supervision; tight 15-day removal window; inspection split across two locations (main depot and POL Depot Sihala). Suitable for scrap dealers and vehicle dismantlers. One-off disposal event.
Who can bid: Original CNIC with photocopy required for depot access; no registration restrictions stated. Typically, Pakistani bidders require NTN registration and tax status verification for government auctions, though this notice emphasizes identity verification over formal business registration—likely open to individuals and unregistered traders.
