Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Wildlife and Parks Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the comprehensive development of captive facilities at Safari Zoo Lahore. This high-profile engineering, procurement, and construction project focuses on the development of a Giraffe Cafeteria and an African Village, alongside various ancillary works and landscaping. The total estimated value of this project is approximately 150 million Rupees. The scope of work involves structural civil works, electrification, sewerage systems, and the creation of thematic elements such as bamboo fencing, specialized sculptures, and informational display boards for flora and fauna. Interested bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 or above with specialized codes including CE-01, CE-10, and BC-01. Furthermore, firms must demonstrate an average annual turnover of 300 million Rupees over the last three years and possess ISO 9001 certification. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026.
