Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, and reputable suppliers for the procurement of specialized heavy machinery. This significant procurement effort includes three primary packages: the purchase of 13 suction machines (4500L), 41 suction machines (7000L), and 20 jetting machines (7000L), with a combined estimated value of approximately 1,603 million Rupees. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, and all submissions must be managed through the EPADS portal. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR and PRA and hold valid NTN certificates. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required for each respective lot. Technical bids are scheduled to be opened on 07 May 2026 at 01:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives at the P-WASA office in Township, Lahore. Digital proposals must be uploaded in PDF format as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines.
