The Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala in Jalalpur Pirwala, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the establishment and arrangement of a temporary Bakar Mandi and animal sale point in preparation for Eid-ul-Azha 2026. This comprehensive procurement covers both the rental of essential infrastructure and the purchase of operational supplies for a ten-day period. Rental requirements include the provision and fixing of large tents and canopies for administrative and health offices, along with carpets, chairs, pedestal fans, water tanks, and LED lighting systems. Additionally, the tender seeks the purchase of various items such as animal tubs, bamboo, water troughs, mineral water, face masks, and green fodder. Interested firms and companies must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must participate through the E-PADS portal. A fixed bid security of 100,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee is mandatory.
