Municipal Committee Yazman, located opposite New General Bus stand in Yazman, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the arrangement and celebration of 14 August 2026 and Eid Milad-ul-Nabi 2026. The procurement comprises two lots: Lot 1 covers rental items for celebration arrangements with an estimated cost of PKR 711,430 and bid security of PKR 35,571; Lot 2 covers supply and purchase items for the same celebrations with an estimated cost of PKR 1,664,456 and bid security of PKR 83,225. Both lots involve multiple items to support national and religious festivities in Yazman. The total estimated value across both lots is approximately PKR 2.4 million, making this a medium-scale municipal event procurement.
Bidders must be registered trading firms or companies engaged in relevant business, with valid registration from appropriate authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to Municipal Committee Yazman. The original bid security instrument must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic bid submission deadline at the Procurement Regulation Branch and Store Branch of the Municipal Committee.
Electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The e-bid submission deadline is 10 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bids opening at 12:30 PM on the same date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the last moment.
