Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Kasur invites sealed bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement platform for arrangements of Independence Day on 14 August 2026. The estimated cost of this work is Rs. 2.70 Million, with the project to be executed in Kasur District, Punjab. This is a one-time event arrangement contract open to all contractors with valid registration on E-PADS for the financial year 2026-27 and possessing a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence of the respective category. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered on E-PADS for 2026-27 and hold a valid PEC licence of the relevant category. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 0.135 Million (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab, payable to Municipal Committee Kasur. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening. Bids must contain item-wise quoted rates, and incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
Bidding documents are available free of cost at https://eprocure.gov.pk and on the PPRA Punjab website. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 10:30 AM PST on 6 August 2026, with opening at 12:00 PM PST on the same day at the Municipal Committee Kasur office. Upon award, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on government-specified stamp paper within seven days for work order issuance. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and submission of forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
