The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of a Model Fish Market under Package-B. This significant development project is located on a 12.90-acre site at Kanha-Kacha Road and focuses on the delivery of a modern steel-framed building complex with an estimated cost of approximately 2,433 million Rupees. The scope of work includes the design and construction of specialized facilities such as a wholesale market, auction hall, sorting and grading building, cold storage, and an ice factory. Eligible applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-B or above and demonstrate specific expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings and steel structures. Evaluation criteria include financial soundness, documented experience in similar large-scale civil works, and the availability of essential machinery like batching plants and CNC cutting machines. Interested firms must submit their comprehensive pre-qualification proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal no later than 03:00 PM on 20 May 2026.
