The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the supply of fourteen high-quality Kuwaiti Deluxe Tents. These tents measure 23 by 15 feet and must feature a double cotton canvas waterproof exterior in jungle green, with a height of 5 feet 8 inches and a detachable fly and fold wall. The procurement includes all necessary accessories such as iron pegs, ropes, and 2 kg wooden-handled hammers. Bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b), requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Participation is limited to firms on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, with earnest money required based on registration status. Interested suppliers must ensure their technical proposals include DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms along with proof of tax filing and treasury challans.
