Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the 2026-27 financial year. This procurement is intended for the provision of standardized relief goods and equipment for the upcoming Flood and Monsoon season of 2026. The scope includes ten distinct lots covering food hampers (ration bags), cooked food, mosquito nets, cots (charpai), drinking water, relief goods transportation vehicles, flour (atta), plastic mats, animal fodder, and mattresses. The total estimated cost for these works is approximately Rs. 10,000,000, with a required bid security of 3% of the estimated cost. Interested parties must be registered on the E-PADS portal under PPRA and with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Applications must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the Deputy Commissioner's Office.
