The Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala in Multan, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the establishment and arrangement of a temporary Bakar Mandi and sale point for Eid-ul-Azha 2026. This comprehensive procurement includes both the rental of event infrastructure and the purchase of essential supplies. Rental requirements encompass tents, canopies for administrative and medical offices, carpeting, furniture, pedestal fans, water tanks, and high-power LED lighting ranging from 12 to 100 watts. The purchase component includes items such as cattle troughs, bamboo, dustbins, mineral water, face masks, hand sanitizers, and daily green fodder. Interested firms and companies must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the FBR and Punjab Sales Tax, and hold a valid PEC license where applicable. A mandatory bid security of 100,000 Rupees must be submitted in the form of a CDR. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal no later than 1:00 PM on 13 May 2026.
