Framework Contract Procurement of Goods, Services & Building for District Police Kot Addu 2026-2027

District Police Officer Kot Addu invites electronic bids for the procurement of goods, services and building works under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender encompasses six main lots with an estimated total value of PKR 365,00,000, covering computer stationery, printing, hardware and software, miscellaneous items, food items, tents, sports items, road safety campaign materials, bedding, crime scene equipment, ordinance stores, machinery, IT equipment, furniture, repairs to machinery, furniture and government buildings, transport items, lubricants, hot and cold beverages, and stationary supplies. The procurement is open to registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized dealers or distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant taxation and registration authorities. Bids will be received and evaluated under the two-envelope single-stage system as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Section 38(2)(a).
