The College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations for the procurement of miscellaneous items from its Fixed Annual Training Grant allocation, comprising training aids and articles in use. This restricted tender, reference number 01/2026-27/EME, is open to GHQ security-cleared and registered firms only. Eligibility is restricted to firms that have obtained GHQ security clearance and are registered with the College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Rawalpindi. Bidders must deposit an Invitation to Tender fee of Rs. 3,000 at the time of quotation submission or send a pay order with their bids; failure to provide this fee will result in tender rejection. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a restricted procurement for training and operational equipment by a military engineering college.
The tender is confined to pre-registered, GHQ-cleared vendors, significantly limiting the bidder pool. Two-envelope bidding with technical evaluation gates financial consideration. The Rs. 3,000 non-refundable fee and requirement for genuine/OEM documentation with proof of supply chains suggest quality-focused procurement. Delivery must complete within one month of order—a tight window that favors local or well-stocked suppliers. Items span both new purchases and equipment repairs, implying ongoing institutional maintenance needs.
Who can bid: Only firms with GHQ security clearance and prior registration with College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Rawalpindi are eligible. Bidders must hold valid business registration and submit proof of supply sources for all items (OEM/genuine or authorized distributor documentation). Advance sample provision may be required. Typically, vendors must also hold valid tax registration (NTN) and provide company incorporation documents.
