The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Limited in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of biodegradable bags specifically designed for 240 litre HDPE wheel waste bins. This procurement follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is open exclusively to contracting firms that maintain a valid enlistment with the Model Town Society. The required biodegradable bags must meet specific technical standards, including dimensions of 43 by 46 inches, a weight capacity of 50 kilograms, and a unit bag weight of 100 grams, available in multiple colors. Interested bidders must provide a bid security amounting to two percent of the total bid price in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. The successful contractor will be required to complete the supply within 30 days from the date the work order is issued and must provide a performance security of 500,000 Rupees. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be delivered to the Secretary of the Society at the Club Chowk office by 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 03:00 PM the same day.
