The Allied Hospital-I in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the supply of spare parts for old air conditioning units ranging from 1 to 16 tons. This framework contract is designed to meet maintenance needs on an as-needed basis during the 2026 summer season, extending through October 2026. The procurement includes over 160 line items such as scroll and rotary compressors, fan motors, control PCBs, sensors, capacitors, and refrigerant gases compatible with brands like Haier, Gree, and PEL. The tentative estimated cost for the enlisted parts is approximately 3.32 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and possess at least one year of proven experience in supplying AC spare parts to public or large-scale private organizations. Technical proposals require a 2 percent bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt and must demonstrate financial soundness with a minimum annual turnover of 3.5 million Rupees. Successful vendors will provide a six-month warranty on most supplied parts and must ensure delivery within one week of receiving a supply order.
