District Council DG Khan seeks complete street lighting infrastructure—poles, luminaires, and tuff tiles—across multiple city roads.
PKR 60 crore project signals substantial material and installation volume; mobilization across dispersed locations will require logistics coordination. Single-stage bidding with tight 3-day performance guarantee submission may pressure cash flow. Municipal infrastructure projects often face site access delays; verify ground conditions early. Recurring maintenance contracts unlikely from this notice, suggesting one-off capital deployment.
Who can bid: Bidders must be PEC-registered/renewed in relevant engineering category. Typically require active NTN, SECP registration (if corporate entity), and valid PEC membership. PPRA 2024 compliance mandatory. No other restrictions stated in notice; verify authority-specific debarment lists before submission.
