Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of floor-standing air conditioning units. This procurement specifically targets 4-ton DC Inverter units with a cooling capacity of approximately 48,000 BTU, featuring T3 inverter compressor technology and R-410A refrigerant. The scope of work is comprehensive, requiring the successful bidder to provide all necessary accessories including indoor and outdoor frames, copper piping, insulation, and control wiring on a FOR basis. The estimated cost for this project is 2,457,720 Rupees, with a mandatory 2 percent bid security of 49,155 Rupees required at the time of submission. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with the FBR and demonstrate a minimum of three similar past contracts performed between 2022 and 2025. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal no later than 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026. The contract includes a warranty period covering parts, PCB, and the compressor for up to five years.
