Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) in Lahore, Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of three 4-ton DC Inverter floor-standing air conditioning units. This procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope open competitive bidding procedure via the PPRA E-PADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered vendors with valid NTN and active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration. The estimated cost for this project is 2,457,720 PKR, requiring a 2% bid security of approximately 49,155 PKR in the form of a Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee. Technical specifications include a cooling capacity of 48,000 BTU, R-410A refrigerant, and T3 inverter compressor technology. Bids must remain valid for 120 days, and the successful contractor is expected to complete delivery and installation within 10 to 15 days of the purchase order issuance. Proposals must be uploaded to the E-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
