Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd (OGDCL), a major national energy enterprise with GST Registration No. 07-02-2802-001-55 and NTN 0787223-2, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of goods, materials, equipment and services on a Free on Rail (F.O.R.) basis under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules.
