The Project Director 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of computer and allied office equipment. This procurement process follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure intended for eligible and experienced bidders who can provide verifiable experience certificates of a similar nature. Interested parties can purchase the official bidding documents from the project office at Searbean House upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees until 12 May 2026. All submitted bid prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 4 percent of the total bid price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The final deadline for the submission of proposals is 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. The successful contractor will be required to provide a 10 percent performance bank guarantee before the formal signing of the contract agreement.
