Description / Scope of Work
The Public Prosecution Department, Government of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract to procure a diverse range of office supplies and technical equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This extensive procurement is divided into ten specific lots including general stationery, computer consumables, IT hardware, plant and machinery, furniture, and transport repair services. The total estimated budget for these items is approximately 42.4 million Rupees. Interested bidders must submit their proposals through the EPADS system and ensure all required documentation such as NTN, GST, and PRA registrations are included. The tender requires a 3 percent bid security based on the estimated costs for each lot. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure must be uploaded to the portal by 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026. Successful vendors will be expected to complete deliveries within fifteen days of receiving supply orders to ensure the department maintains operational efficiency through June 2027.
