Description / Scope of Work
The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract for the procurement of various store items spanning the 2025-2027 period. This large-scale tender is divided into ten distinct lots covering stationery, computer consumables, office supplies, printing and publications, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture, hardware, and transport repair services. The procurement is managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Major items include genuine HP toners, high-quality office furniture, laptops, split air conditioners, and vehicle maintenance parts such as Yokohama tires and Daewoo batteries. Eligibility is restricted to firms registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority for Professional Tax. Bidders must provide a bid security of 3 percent of the estimated value for the current financial year. The total estimated cost across the first year lots exceeds 40 million Rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal by 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
